Why Work with Me, a Digital Nomad?

Travel is a Teacher

Travel has been more than a lifestyle choice for me—it’s been my greatest teacher. Every new country, culture, and conversation I’ve encountered has shaped how I approach my work. Travel taught me adaptability when flights were canceled and plans fell apart. It taught me resilience when I had to navigate unfamiliar cities in foreign languages. Most of all, it taught me curiosity—an eagerness to explore new perspectives and find solutions, even in the most unexpected situations.

These lessons naturally flowed into how I approach business. When things don’t go as planned, I help my clients find their way through, staying focused and open to new possibilities. Flexibility, resilience, and curiosity—these are the tools I use to help creative entrepreneurs thrive in a world that’s often full of chaos.

We Can Build Together

When we work together, you don’t have to worry about having it all figured out. I’m here to listen, to understand your vision, and to help you turn those big ideas into reality. You get to stay in your creative zone, while I handle the logistics, deadlines, and structure that make everything run smoothly.

If you’re a creative entrepreneur feeling overwhelmed or stuck, let’s chat. Together, we’ll take your ideas, organize the chaos, and bring your vision to life—while keeping your creativity and passion at the heart of everything we do.

Supporting Creatives With Structure

I’ve always loved working with creatives because, let’s face it, you have incredible ideas. But with all those ideas, sometimes things get a little overwhelming. That’s where I come in. My mind is wired to organize, to find solutions, to bring clarity. I love nothing more than diving into a creative project and thinking, “I can solve this puzzle.”

One of my favorite collaborations was with a client who had an amazing vision for a new product launch. The creativity was there, but the logistics? Not so much. They were drowning in details and deadlines, feeling overwhelmed. Together, we broke everything down into manageable steps, created a clear timeline, and kept their vision intact. Watching that project come to life was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had.

This is what I bring to the table—a practical approach to help you stay in your creative genius while I take care of the moving parts. Whether it’s launching a product, refining a business strategy, or just making sense of all the ideas swirling around, I’m here to bring structure, focus, and clarity to the process.

Understanding You Through Human Design

Along the way, I discovered Human Design—a system that helps us understand how we’re wired to make decisions, interact with others, and thrive in our unique ways. I’ve found it invaluable in my work with creative entrepreneurs. By understanding your Human Design, we can collaborate more effectively, honoring how you work best and creating strategies that feel natural and aligned.

Whether you're a Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, or Reflector, I adapt my approach to fit your energy and strengths, ensuring that our work together flows smoothly and leads to success. Don’t know what type you are? Don’t worry. During onboarding, all of my clients get a basic Human Design reading to understand work style and decision-making process.

Guiding You Through Business Growth and Life’s Adventures

Hi, I’m Kristin. Let me tell you a little about my journey. It wasn’t long ago that I was sitting in a corporate office, managing communication strategies for Human Resources at a Fortune 100 company. Every day was a whirlwind of projects, campaigns, and deadlines. I managed over 250 projects a year, coordinating with multiple teams, clients, and vendors across the globe. I was working on fast-paced mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. On paper, everything looked like it was in place—I had the title, the projects, and good pay. I was a digital nomad and enjoying freedom of location. But something was missing.

I craved something more creative, more personal. I wanted to work with people who were building something they believed in, pouring their heart and soul into new ideas. So, I made a bold move—I left the corporate world behind and began exploring entrepreneurship. I started an Airbnb business (that was fun!). I taught yoga. But over and over again, business owners in my network began asking me for help. The truth is, I really love freelance life. I continue to travel the world, taking my problem-solving skills and practical mindset with me, and then sharing them back with you.
